Inspection with photos
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, valley, flashing and penetration, and send you the full set the same day. Not a summary. The photos.
Spec sheet, not a guess
Shingle line, underlayment, ice-and-water coverage, ventilation math and flashing details, in writing. What you're paying for, item by item.
Install and closeout
Our own crew, a magnet sweep for nails, and a closeout photo set that matches the spec. The warranty is registered before we invoice.

Full Replacement
Architectural asphalt, Class 4 impact-rated where the hail comes through, standing-seam metal when it makes sense. Tear-off to final walk in two to three days for most homes.

Storm & Hail Claims
We inspect first and tell you whether there's a claim worth filing. If there is, we meet the adjuster on the roof with our photos. If there isn't, we say so and you keep your deductible.

Repairs & Leaks
Flashing, pipe boots, valleys, wind damage. We find the actual source, photograph it, and fix that, not the spot where the water shows up inside.

Gutters & Ventilation
Seamless gutters, ridge and soffit venting sized to the attic. The unglamorous parts that decide whether a roof lasts 15 years or 30.
